Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Shipping Times:

We strive to process and ship all orders within 24 hours. However, please note that some of our products are printed using our Print on Demand partners, which may take 3 to 5 days to ship.

Shipping Services:

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all our shipping needs.

  • Free Shipping: Stickers and prints will be shipped free (up to 20 free category items) using USPS Letter Service. While most orders arrive within 3 to 5 days, please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: All other orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

    • Standard shipping within the USA:

      • $5 per order 1 to 5 items

      • $7.50 for 6 to 10 items

      • $10 for 10 or more items

    • Canada shipping is $8.50 per order plus $0.50 per item.

    • All other international shipping is $12.00 per order plus $1.00 per item.

  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer USPS Priority Mail, which should arrive within 1 to 3 business days. This service is only available within the United States and on select items. If available it will show up under shipping options at checkout.

    • Pricing is $15 per order plus $0.50 per items.

  • Digital downloads: Customers receive a secure link to the file lasting 24 hours after the first download. This will be emailed as soon as the order is processed.

Additional Information:

  • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for all shipments except those sent via USPS Letter Service.

  • International Shipping: We will use USPS International shipping, order deliver will vary based on location. Buyer is responsible for any extra tax or fees upon delievery.

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or postal service disruptions may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

All merchandise is custom-printed to order and is considered a final sale.

Claims Deemed an Error on Our Part

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

What If Something Arrived Broken/Defective?

If your purchase arrived broken or defective due to our error, we'll be happy to rectify it for you. Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been delivered. For us to process your claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear photograph of the broken or defective item, ensuring that the entire item is in view.

  2. For shirts, make sure the original tag is still attached and visible in the photograph.

Once you have the necessary photographs, please contact our support team with the images and a description of the issue. We will promptly assess your claim and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.

For packages lost in transit, please submit claims no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

What If I Ordered the Wrong Size?

As we are a print-on-demand service, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. Please ensure you check the size charts for each product before placing your order. However, if you receive an item that doesn't fit, please contact our support team, and we will work with you to find the best solution.

I Don't Like the Product. Can I Return It?

In the Enchanted Fae Realms, we endeavor to sprinkle magic into every creation, and we deeply regret if we haven't enchanted you as hoped. As each piece is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds for changes of heart.

However, if your order hasn't met your dreams, you may send it back at your own cost. Kindly remember, our realms don't have physical location, so a 25% restocking fee is applied to cover the mystical handling and warehouse storage. Refunds (minus the restocking fee) will be issued once the items are received in good condition with their original packaging.

For the love of our realms and to cherish nature's bounty, we kindly suggest passing on the magic by re-gifting or bestowing the item to another, rather than sending it back to our realm. 🌿✨
